I have a very nervous and anxious puppy that is having lots of anxiety every time we have thunderstorms. She was prescribed Trazodone but we wanted to try some holistic. I was on the Mountain Hounds website and noticed there is an email section. I sent an email explaining my trouble with my puppy and asked for an alternative to pills. Within less that 5 minutes Jennifer, the owner of the store, called me and I was able to explain in a more personal manner the difficulties I'm having with my puppy. This is what a great customer service is! I recommend anyone who come to Downtown Ellijay to please stop at Mountain Hounds shop and if Jennifer is there, she will help you with most issues our furry babies have.
